How Do I Initiate My Return ?

Step 1: Enter your order number & email address in the fields above & click Start.

Step 2: Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

Step 3: You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

 

14 Days Guarantee 

Online purchase made through support@thewildcrave.comcan be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivered date. 

All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attachedin original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. You are welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock or alternatively get a refund. 

Order Cancellation

We offer full refund to your original payment method if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from the above section, once you decide to cancel the order.

· For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fees. 

· NOTE :- It can take sometime (maybe 4-5 business days depending on which Credit Card company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.

· We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

Return/Exchange Process 

Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense. 
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. 

Step 1:Please email our customer service representatives at support@thewildcrave.com to get a return authorization and return address or fill in the form below to initiate return or refund authorization.  

Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.  

Step 3:You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.
